Dr Richard Lipscombe is the recently retired Co-Founder and Managing Director of ASX-listed Proteomics International Laboratories Ltd. He has 30 years experience in the biotechnology sector, and a background in research, development and product commercialisation. Richard completed a chemistry degree at Oxford University and a Doctorate in Immunology at London University, before moving to Perth in 1995. In 2001 Richard co-founded Proteomics International, taking it through its listing in 2015 to a position as a global leader in precision diagnostics, with a market cap exceeding $100 million.
