The Conference Dinner (Tuesday, 16 February) requires a separate ticket ($150, or $95 for students) and can be added during registration.

Registering a group?

⚠️ Visa Support Letters for Group Registrations
If only some members of your group require a visa support letter, those letters will be available once their share of the payment has been processed. If they cannot locate the download option, please contact us.

Delegate Infos are processed using ASN Events' online platform, Currinda. If you have not attended a previous ASN-managed event, you will need to create a profile to register.
Delegates who have attended previous ASN events will already have an existing profile.
Once set up, your profile dashboard allows you to register for the event, submit abstracts, add social function tickets, and manage your booking.

A secure online payment gateway is provided for all transactions. Payment options are:

An Australian Tax Invoice will be issued upon registration and can bereprinted from your dashboard at any time.
The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
If paying by bank transfer, full payment must be received before 1 February 2027 (or within 7 days of registering if registration is made after that date).

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via our Contact page.
Cancellations before 16 January 2027 — full refund less a $100 cancellation fee
Cancellations on or after 16 January 2027 — no refund; delegate substitution is permitted
If you have not yet paid at the time of cancellation, the full registration fee remains payable.
Please note: the cancellation policy does not apply to accommodation bookings, which are subject to the hotel's own terms.
