Welcome to
AOHUPO 2027

From Prof. Anthony W. Purcell, Prof. Mark Molloy, A/Prof. Melanie White

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to Melbourne for AOHUPO 2027, held jointly with the Australasian Proteomics Society Symposium. On behalf of the Australasian Proteomics Society and the local organising committee, we are delighted to host colleagues from across Asia, Oceania and the broader international proteomics community.

AOHUPO has a proud tradition of bringing together researchers, technology developers, clinicians, industry partners and trainees to share advances in proteomics and mass spectrometry. The 2027 meeting will provide an exciting forum to showcase the latest developments in discovery and translational proteomics, clinical proteomics, structural and spatial proteomics, immunopeptidomics, computational biology, emerging technologies and applications across biology and medicine.

We are particularly excited to welcome the next generation of proteomics researchers and to foster new collaborations across our region. Meetings such as AOHUPO play a vital role in strengthening scientific networks, building capability, and ensuring that proteomics continues to contribute meaningfully to health, agriculture, biotechnology and fundamental discovery.

Melbourne is a vibrant, multicultural city with a strong biomedical and technology ecosystem, and we look forward to sharing both the science and the collegial spirit that define our community. We warmly welcome you to AOHUPO 2027 and look forward to an inspiring and enjoyable meeting.
