Due to the amount of publicly available information on conference and institution websites, some people may be contacted by third-party companies — often from overseas — purporting to be event managers requesting accommodation or flight bookings. These requests typically ask for financial or credit card details and can be persistent.
Please note: ASN Events will never ask a third party to retrieve financial information from you without a prior personal arrangement with an ASN staff member. The only time you will be required to provide financial details is via the secure online booking portal. All other conference-related costs will be communicated via an official invoice on ASN letterhead, completed by an ASN staff member, always sent from an @asnevents.net.au email address.

Accommodation can be added to your conference profile during the registration process. Your room is not confirmed until full pre-payment is received.
Full pre-payment for accommodation is due by 11 January 2027.
Accommodation bookings not paid by the due date will be cancelled without further notice.

The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
If paying by bank transfer, full payment must be received before 11 January 2027 for accommodation.
